Robby De Mesa is a Leo Award-winning Filipino makeup artist based in Vancouver, Canada, whose work spans film, television, fashion, and celebrity beauty. Known for his expressive artistry, technical precision, and collaborative approach, Robby has built a reputation within the entertainment and beauty industries for creating thoughtful, camera-ready looks while working seamlessly with talent, creatives, and production teams.

A graduate of the Global Makeup Program at Blanche Macdonald Centre, Robby has worked across numerous film and television productions as a key makeup artist and department head. In 2023, he received a Leo Award for Best Makeup for the short drama ZIP, recognizing his work within British Columbia’s film and television industry.

In addition to his work on screen, Robby works with celebrity and high-profile clients for editorial shoots, red carpet appearances, and major entertainment events. In 2024, he served as NIKI’s makeup artist for the Vancouver closing night of her Buzz World Tour. His work has also taken him to Los Angeles during Oscars week, where he has worked with clients attending Oscar-related events including the Vanity Fair Young Hollywood Party and the Women In Film Oscar Nominee Celebration.
